The Shane/Andrea sex scene was supposed to be much longer but AMC cut it because Jon and Laurie really went down on each other.

Q: Laurie, Andrea was running for what looked like, about six weeks by the time, so what was that like to shoot?
LAURIE: Well it was actually really cool because they shot all of my scenes in the same day, it was literally called “Andrea’s Woods” on the call sheet, and when I showed up at work at like 5 am, I literally was running until the sun went down. So it was just very organic, I couldn’t get out of bed for three days after that day. I was literally running, tackling, and killing zombies for like, twelve hours straight. People were like, “God you played the exhaustion so well!” I’m like, “Played the exhaustion?! I was like, dying!”
